Setting up VAT and tax on invoices

Add your VAT details, choose prices including or excluding VAT, and show tax information on receipts in Cashier POS.

Quick answer

  1. Go to Store Settings → Tax Information.
  2. Turn on Subject to VAT.
  3. Enter registered name, address, commercial registration and VAT number.
  4. Set product prices including or excluding VAT.

Steps

  1. Open tax settings. Select your name at the top right, then Store Settings → Tax Information.
  2. Turn on VAT. Switch on Subject to VAT.
  3. Enter your details. Registered Name, Registered Address (building number and street), Commercial Registration and VAT number. Country comes from your store settings.
  4. Price your products. When adding a product, choose Price include tax to enter prices with VAT, or enter them without VAT.
  5. Show tax on receipts. Turn on tax information on the receipt so customers see the VAT amount.
