Delivery zones, drivers and order dispatch

Set delivery zones and fees by city, add delivery drivers, and dispatch and track delivery orders in Cashier POS.

Quick answer

  1. Add Cities and Areas in Settings.
  2. Create delivery zones with a delivery cost.
  3. Add drivers in Delivery → Delivery Men.
  4. Assign orders in Delivery → Orders Dispatch.

Steps

  1. Add where you deliver. In Settings → Cities and Settings → Areas, add the places you serve.
  2. Set delivery zones and fees. Create a delivery zone for each city with its Delivery Cost, and switch zones on or off with Delivery Zone Availability.
  3. Set each branch’s range. In Settings → Branches, set the Delivery radius in Km and Supported Areas.
  4. Add drivers. In Delivery → Delivery Men, add each driver.
  5. Dispatch orders. In Delivery → Orders Dispatch, choose Assign Delivery Man (or Reassign). Follow the status: Not Assigned → Delivering → Delivered.
  6. Collect cash. Mark cash on delivery as Collected when the driver returns.
