Adding products, variants and modifiers

Steps

1. Create categories first in Warehouse → Categories (for example Coffee, Bakery).
2. Add the product. In Warehouse → Products, select Add New Product. Upload an image (JPG or PNG, up to 2 MB), enter the name and details, and pick the category.
3. Choose how it’s sold. Unit / Piece or Weight / Kg for items priced by the kilo.
4. Add a barcode. Choose Fixed barcode, or Weight embedded barcode for labels printed by a scale.
5. Attach modifiers. Pick modifier groups such as Milk Choice or Extra Shots. Create groups in Warehouse → Modifiers.
6. Set variants and prices. Select Add New Variant for sizes like Small and Large, each with its own price. Tick Price include tax if your prices include VAT.
7. Make it available with Product is Available, then select Add New Product.
