Adding and managing branches

Add a branch with its city, delivery radius and supported areas, assign cashiers, and switch branches on or off. Free includes 1 branch; Pro is unlimited.

Quick answer

  1. Go to Settings → Branches.
  2. Select New Branch.
  3. Enter name, city and location, delivery radius and supported areas.
  4. Save, then add a cashier to the branch.

Steps

  1. Add the branch. In Settings → Branches, select New Branch. Enter the Branch Name, City and search the branch location on the map.
  2. Set delivery coverage. Enter the Delivery radius in Km and choose Supported Areas.
  3. Save, then answer Do you want to add a cashier to this branch? to set up its counter.
  4. Add a warehouse for the branch in Warehouse → Warehouses.
  5. Pause a branch with Branch Availability instead of deleting it.
