Offline mode

All Alcashier apps work offline on every plan. Learn what you can do offline and what happens when the connection returns.

Quick answer

All Alcashier apps keep working when the internet goes down, on both Free and Pro. Keep selling as usual; your data syncs when the connection returns.

What you need to know

  1. No setup needed. Offline mode is available on every plan, including the Free plan.
  2. Keep selling. Take orders and payments at the cashier as usual.
  3. Some things need internet: orders coming from the ordering website, payment through Fawry, and sending orders to delivery drivers.
  4. When the connection returns, your sales appear in the Dashboard, sessions and reports.

Tip

Sign in at least once while online on every device before relying on offline mode.
