# Working offline

All Cashier POS apps work offline on every plan. Learn what you can do without internet and what happens when you reconnect.

Quick answer

All Cashier apps keep working when the internet drops, on Free and Pro. Keep selling as usual; your data catches up when you’re back online.

## What you need to know

1.  **No setting needed.** Offline works on every plan, including Free.
2.  **Keep selling.** Take orders and payments at the counter as normal.
3.  **Some things need internet:** orders from your ordering website, Fawry payments, and sending orders to delivery drivers.
4.  **When you reconnect,** your sales reach the dashboard, sessions and reports.

Tips

Sign in at least once while online on each device before you rely on offline.
