# Training your team on Cashier POS

A one-page training plan for new cashiers: sign in, start a session, take orders, handle payments and online orders, and close the shift.

Train in this order: sign in → start session → new order → order types → payments → online orders → end session.

## Training plan (about 30 minutes)

1.  **Sign in** and choose the branch on the Choose cashier screen.
2.  **Start a session** and explain why every sale needs one.
3.  **Take a test order** by name and by barcode, with a variant and a modifier.
4.  **Order types:** Dine In, Takeaway, Pickup, Delivery and Talabat.
5.  **Payments:** Cash with change, Credit card, Transfer, and paying part now.
6.  **Online orders:** Accept or Reject, Prepare, Dispatch.
7.  **Mistakes:** cancelling an order needs a manager’s PIN.
8.  **End the session** and print the report together.
