# Installing Cashier POS and signing in

Create your free Cashier POS account, sign in on the web or the app, and choose your branch and cashier before you start selling.

Quick answer

1.  Open Cashier POS and select Create Account.
2.  Sign in with your user name and password.
3.  On Choose cashier, pick your branch.
4.  Select Continue to start a session, or Continue without starting session to set up first.

## Steps

1.  **Create your account.** On the sign-in screen, select Create Account and enter your details. Confirm your email or phone when asked.
2.  **Set up your store.** Add your store name, country, city, time zone, currency and theme color in Store Settings → General Settings.
3.  **Sign in.** Enter your user name and password. Tick Remember me on your own devices.
4.  **Choose your cashier.** Pick the branch from Choose branch. Select Continue to open a session and sell, or Continue without starting session to browse and set up.

Tips

Forgot your password? Select Did you forget your password? on the sign-in screen. All Cashier apps work offline once you’re signed in.
