# Setting up and sharing your free ordering website

Create your free ordering website on alcashier.com, add your menu, hours and payment methods, publish it and accept online orders live.

Quick answer

1.  Go to Website settings.
2.  Complete General settings, Design settings, Working hours, Contact information, Food Menu and Payment methods.
3.  Select Publish your website.
4.  Copy your link and share it.
5.  Accept orders in Sales → Online Orders.

## Steps

1.  **Name your site.** In Website settings → General settings, enter the Website Name and Domain Name. Your site lives at yourname.alcashier.com. Add your logo.
2.  **Match your brand.** In Design settings, pick your primary and secondary colors.
3.  **Add opening hours.** In Working hours, add the hours for each branch.
4.  **Add contact details.** In Contact information, add your phone, WhatsApp number and Facebook, Instagram and X links.
5.  **Choose what’s on the menu.** In Food Menu, pick a branch and switch products on or off for that branch.
6.  **Choose how customers pay.** In Payment methods, turn on COD (cash on delivery) and/or Fawry.
7.  **Publish.** Select Publish your website, then copy the link to share on WhatsApp, Instagram and Google.
8.  **Accept orders.** New orders appear live in Sales → Online Orders. Accept or Reject each one, then mark it Prepare and Dispatch it when it’s ready.

Tips

Your site needs Delivery or Pickup switched on. Products sold by weight can’t be sold online. To pause orders, select Unpublish your website.
