# Offline mode

All Alcashier apps work offline on every plan. Learn what you can do offline and what happens when the connection returns.

**Quick answer**

All Alcashier apps keep working when the internet goes down, on both Free and Pro. Keep selling as usual; your data syncs when the connection returns.

## What you need to know

1.  **No setup needed.** Offline mode is available on every plan, including the Free plan.
2.  **Keep selling.** Take orders and payments at the cashier as usual.
3.  **Some things need internet:** orders coming from the ordering website, payment through Fawry, and sending orders to delivery drivers.
4.  **When the connection returns,** your sales appear in the Dashboard, sessions and reports.

## Tip

Sign in at least once while online on every device before relying on offline mode.
