Add a warehouse for each branch, see the stock of each product, and transfer products between stores.

**Quick answer**

1. Open Warehouse → Warehouses.
2. Choose “Add warehouse” and name it.
3. Open the warehouse to see the stock of each product.
4. Use “Transfer products” to move stock to another store.

## Steps

1. **Add a warehouse.** Open Warehouse → Warehouses and choose “Add warehouse”. A common setup is one warehouse per branch (such as “Riyadh branch stock”).
2. **View stock.** Open the warehouse to see the “Available quantity” of each product.
3. **Enter stock.** Stock is added through purchase invoices (see the next article) or by importing the product list.
4. **Transfer stock between branches.** Choose “Transfer products”, then “Transfer from store” and “Transfer to store”, the products and the “Quantity” to move, and save. Both balances update together.
5. **Sales deduct stock.** Every sale reduces stock in the warehouse of its branch.

## Tip

The stock of products sold by weight is tracked in kilograms.
