# Data Processing Agreement

Effective date: 18 May 2025

Brief Information Technology LLC – Free Zone, the operator of the Alcashier platform, headquartered at FDRK0153, Compass Building, Al Shohada Street, Al Hamra Industrial Zone – Free Zone, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, is committed to ensuring the security and protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. This document explains how the Alcashier platform processes personal data within the scope of its services.

## Purpose of processing

Alcashier processes personal data in order to provide its services, which include operating the point of sale (POS) system and managing electronic invoicing. This data is used to keep accurate records of sales transactions, store data and employee information, and to manage schedules and billing.

-   Employee photo

-   If deletion is not possible for technical reasons, the data will be blocked to prevent any further processing.
